During the two-day course, participants will gain a deep understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively fulfill their role.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

You will also learn how to apply Lean Thinking to write Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, plan and execute iterations, and plan program increments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Participants will learn about the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively integrate as a Product Owner and Product Manager, and what is needed for continuous improvement of the ART.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
