Basic information
Participants can enhance collaboration and alignment in a SAFe® Lean-Agile organization by becoming SAFe architects. The SAFe® for Architects course prepares System, Solution, and Enterprise architects to effectively act as leaders and agents of change in the organization, collectively providing architectural solutions.
During this three-day course, participants will explore the roles, responsibilities, and mindset of agile architects and learn how to align architecture with business value and manage the constant flow toward large systems with the support of SAFe program execution.
This course is designed for senior technical leaders who need to understand the role of System, Solution, and Enterprise architects in Lean-Agile organizations.
The course is also suitable for individuals who wish to gain a deeper insight into how architecture enables the continuous flow of value and how architects engage and contribute to the Lean-Agile enterprise.
