Building team agility in the Agile Release Train with SAFe® Practitioner certification. Build the skills needed to become an effective member of the Agile Release Train (ART) and learn to collaborate efficiently with other teams. Become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
Duration
Two days in 2 blocks. In total 16 hours with breaks.
For who
Team members who apply Lean and Agile, all Agile Release Train members who are preparing for release.
Form
The training can be carried out directly at your place or online with a trainer. Slovak, Czech and English language.

Basic
information
During the two-day course, you will gain a deeper understanding of Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what you can do to perform your role effectively using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
You will learn how to write user stories, split features, plan and execute iterations, and plan for program increments.
Learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to integrate it effectively with other teams, and what it takes to continuously improve a team of teams (Agile Release Train).
