About training

Basic training for Scrum Master role, management and team leaders.

This training provides information about the Scrum Master role, its responsibilities and mandates. In the course, participants will learn the role of the Scrum Master in the preparation and facilitation of each Scrum ceremony.

In practical demonstrations, they will learn about typical mistakes Scrum Masters make when leading a team.

The last part of the course is devoted to Agile metrics, soft-skills needed for leading Agile teams, and setting up a continuous improvement process using Agile retrospectives.

Our Scrum Master training will give you a deeper understanding of Agile and prepare you to practically lead Scrum teams. The course complements the Certified Scrum Master certification course.

It is also recommended for Scrum Masters who feel they need to gain hands-on experience.

The course will help you prepare your organization for the transition to Agile processes.

  • Basics of adaptive iterative product development.
  • Principles of the management method using Scrum.
  • How Lean principles affect an agile team.
  • Basic Responsibilities of the Scrum Master.
  • How to divide responsibilities between Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager and Line Manager.
