The training provides information on how to manage tasks so that the result is completed in the shortest possible time by a team that closely collaborates on its delivery.

In the training, you will learn the basic principles of the Kanban method, where it makes sense to apply it, and how it differs from Scrum. You will become familiar with metrics and how to use them as a tool for active management.
