Basic
information
During the course, you will gain the knowledge needed to lead a Lean-Agile business using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its principles derived from Lean, Systems Thinking, Agile product development and DevOps practices.
You will also discuss the five competencies needed for a lean company.
You will also learn how to support and properly lead Program Increment Planning (PIP) and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Participants will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, why it is effective today, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation.
You will learn how to create and support Agile teams and programs, how to support a lean product portfolio, how to create a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, as well as how to coordinate large solutions.
The course is delivered by a certified Scaled Agile Framework Program consultant from ScrumDesk in Slovak or English.
