The training can be carried out directly at your place or online with a trainer. Slovak, Czech and English language.
Training Agile and Scrum


A fundamental course for those trying to implement Scrum or already using it. It is suitable primarily for team members, as well as product and project managers and team leaders. Although agile processes are mostly used in IT, they are currently being implemented in the financial, automotive, and public sectors, both in smaller and enterprise companies.

  • Learn the basics of adaptive iterative product development.
  • Get to know the Agile Manifesto and the principles of agility.
  • Understand the principles of the Scrum project management method.
  • Learn to create self-organized agile teams.
  • Practically get to know roles in Scrum and their responsibilities.
  • Scrum application from product planning, through daily life to status evaluation.
  • Create basic Scrum artifacts used in product development.
  • Product plan (roadmap) agile.
  • Creation of product backlog, epics and business topics using innovative games.
  • User story and writing correct user stories.
  • Various techniques of agile estimation of value, risk and difficulty.
  • Version delivery estimate.
  • Agile metrics and their understanding.
  • Scrum Master – moderation and team management techniques.
  • Retrospective as a corporate process of improvement and innovation.
  • Self-organization of the team.
