This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).

Basic information
This two-day course will teach you how to facilitate and build interactions between multiple teams during Agile portfolio development and how to continuously improve a scaled program.
Highlights the features of Scrum with an introduction to scalable development and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban in value stream management; and supporting the engagement of architects, product managers, and critical stakeholders in larger companies.
This course offers tools for building high-performance teams and explores practical ways to address Agile and Scrum antipatterns.
- Applying SAFe® principles in facilitation and coaching in a multi-team environment.
- Building a powerful team and supporting continuous improvement in a scaled environment.
- A review of Agile and Scrum antipatterns.
- Support for the adaptation of engineering procedures, DevOps and agile architecture.
- Kanban application and eXtreme Programming (XP) framework for value stream optimization and teamwork improvement.
- Facilitating the planning, execution and delivery of value in the product program.
- Support of education through participation in communities (Communities of Practice) and innovation cycles.
- Exploring the Scrum Master role in the SAFe® enterprise.
- Applying SAFe® principles: A Scrum Master’s perspective.
- Exploring Agile and Scrum anti-patterns.
- Facilitation of the Program and its implementation.
- Workflow improvement using Kanban and XP.
- Building high-performance agile teams.
- Improve program performance using Inspect and Adapt sessions.
