Training participants will explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable delivery through an Agile Release Train (ART). They will learn how to build a highly performing ART through Servant Leadership and coaching, becoming a SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Basic information
During this three-day course, participants will gain a deep understanding of the role of a Release Train Engineer in the SAFe® enterprise.
Through experiential learning, participants will explore the RTE’s role in Lean-Agile transformation.
You will learn how to facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution, how to coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters using new processes and ways of thinking.
You will also learn how to prepare, plan, and execute Program Increment (PI) planning, enabling alignment at all levels of the SAFe® organization.
Knowledge is presented in the form of practical examples, stories and experiences from the implementation of Scrum in various companies.
Our training sessions are unique with agile games that participants can later apply in their own organizations to accelerate their adaptation to Agile.
