During the two-day course, you will gain a deeper understanding of Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what you can do to perform your role effectively using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
You will learn how to write user stories, split features, plan and execute iterations, and plan for program increments.
Learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to integrate it effectively with other teams, and what it takes to continuously improve a team of teams (Agile Release Train).
1 hour online during the first month after graduation
By attending the course you will also receive an official SAFe Practitioner (SP) certificate after passing the exam.
