The course will guide you on how to prepare an organization for an agile transformation. You will learn about the paths and stages of implementing Agile within a company during an Agile transformation. You’ll discover the circumstances in which Agile makes sense, how to manage this change, the typical phases and activities involved in the transformation process, and how to prepare a team responsible for this change.
You will also have the opportunity to practically experience agile approaches for personal understanding of their benefits.
