In this two-day course, participants will understand the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe® enterprise.
Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, which focuses on the fundamentals of Scrum at the team level, the SAFe® Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise and prepares participants to successfully plan and execute Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment across all levels of the SAFe® organization.
This includes learning the key components of Agile in Scaled Development, how Scrum is supported across the enterprise, and how to perform iteration planning.
Attendees will also learn how to build high-performing agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach these teams to achieve maximum business value.
SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification means that people are prepared to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe® environment, increasing the value of teams and also the value of organizations that implement SAFe®.
