We analyze your project management tool setup (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps). We will suggest simplifying the settings and customizing the tool so that you can continuously improve it yourself.

We will prepare a team card with a description of the state before mentoring and an evaluation of the team’s progress during and after mentoring. We will also specify recommendations for the organization and its management to improve the systematic approach to agile practices. We will also meaningfully guide you in further development.
