Najprv sa navzájom spoznáme. Budú nás zaujímať vaše očakávania a ciele mentoringu. Pozrieme sa na vaše produkty, procesy, nastavenie agilných praktík a nástrojov. Nastavíme si, v akých aktivitách a akou formou sa zapojíme. Dohodneme si kalendár aktivít.

First meeting with the team. We get the perspectives of team members in face-to-face interviews. We will talk about the team, its capabilities, positive and negative experiences with Agile. We will reveal the prejudices and misunderstandings of Agile and Scrum. We identify areas and issues to focus on in mentoring.

We identify the dysfunctions of the team and according to the results, after mutual agreement, we adapt the mentoring program.

We will look at your ceremonies. Based on the observations, the mentor will provide recommendations, or add micro-training sessions on the necessary topics. Validation and recommendation of more suitable Agile frameworks.

A tool for management

We analyze your project management tool setup (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps). We will suggest simplifying the settings and customizing the tool so that you can continuously improve it yourself.

Other recommendations

We will prepare a team card with a description of the state before mentoring and an evaluation of the team’s progress during and after mentoring. We will also specify recommendations for the organization and its management to improve the systematic approach to agile practices. We will also meaningfully guide you in further development.
