Basic Information
Learn practical tools and techniques necessary for implementing the role of Lean Portfolio Management, with the application of strategic and investment funding of the portfolio, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.
You will learn how to capture the current and future state of the portfolio using Portfolio Canvas.
Identify business initiatives to achieve the desired state.
Create a value stream using Portfolio Kanban. You will also gain insight into budgeting for the Value Stream.
