II. Product strategy

The training explains how to prepare a strategy for a new product for agile development.

It provides guidance for setting a clear product vision and strategy. Participants will learn how to define the product’s business model, identify target customer segments, and find the product’s value proposition in those customer segments.

In the course, participants will also learn basic practices of user description in the form of Personas, setting product goals using the Objectives and Key Results technique, and creating a product roadmap that supports incremental product deliveries (MVP).
